REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At The Angryman Channel, every item is custom-printed specifically for you when you place your order. We do not hold inventory. Because of this custom nature, our return policy is strict. We emphasize accountability—please review your order and the size chart carefully before purchasing.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse (Changing your mind).

Wrong size ordered (Please check the size guides provided on every product page).

Slight color variations (Screen displays vary).
Since the product is made exclusively for you, we cannot restock or resell it. Please measure twice and buy once.
2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS (THE EXCEPTION)
We stand by the quality of the BINO Nation brand. If we make a mistake, we will fix it.
We offer a full replacement or refund ONLY if:

The item arrives damaged or defective.

The print quality is clearly poor.

You received the wrong item, size, or color from what was ordered.
How to file a claim:

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Email support@theangrymanchannel.com with your Order Number and clear photos of the damage/error.

Once verified, we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged item.
3. REFUNDS
If a replacement is not available or desired for a damaged item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
4. LOST PACKAGES

Invalid Address: If an order is returned to us because the customer provided an invalid address, reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Carrier Errors: If the tracking states "Delivered" but you do not have it, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS). We are not responsible for theft after delivery.
5. CANCELLATIONS
Because our system is automated for speed, orders are sent to production almost immediately.

If you need to cancel, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.

Once an order has entered the printing process, it cannot be canceled.
