SHIPPING POLICY

At The Angryman Channel, we value efficiency and transparency. We work with premium print-on-demand partners to ensure every garment meets the BINO Nation standard of quality. Because each item is custom-printed for you, our shipping process works differently than a standard warehouse.
Please read the following policy carefully to understand how and when your order will arrive.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Standard Processing: 2 – 5 Business Days
Every item you order is custom-made. We do not pull stock from a dusty shelf; we print it fresh upon your order.

Production: Most orders are printed and quality-checked within 2 to 5 business days.

Note: Weekends and holidays are not included in this processing time.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Estimated Delivery: 5 – 10 Business Days (Total)
Once your order passes our quality check, it is handed off to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL).

Standard US Shipping: Arrives 3 – 5 business days after fulfillment.

Total Wait Time: You should expect to receive your package 5 to 10 business days after placing your order.
While we make every effort to meet these estimates, carrier delays (due to weather, high volume, or holidays) are outside of our control.
3. SHIPPING RATES
We keep it simple.

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

Orders over $100: FREE Standard Shipping (Domestic US Only).
4. ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships, you will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier's system.

If you do not receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact our support team.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & LOST PACKAGES
Accountability is key.

Wrong Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If the package is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking number says "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, please contact the carrier (USPS/UPS) directly to file a claim. We are not liable for packages stolen from your porch or mailbox.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we primarily ship within the United States.
If international shipping is available at checkout, please note that Customs Fees, Duties, and Taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not collect these fees beforehand, and we cannot predict what your country may charge.
